Hello North Star Families! 
Your Athlete will NEED a current USAV Membership to participate in any and all NSVBC hosted events, including Tryouts. 
 

• 22-23 Badger Tryout – Sept-Dec – $10, valid for participation as a junior player in up to five tryouts (it does not allow for participation in other region sanctioned events such, but not limited to: practices, competition, camps, clinics, tune-ups, etc.). Recommended for those new to club volleyball or unsure if they will participate for the duration of the 2023 season. This membership can be upgraded to a full membership (for an additional $45) at a later time.
   

 After you have signed up for your USAV Membership, please print and sign the Medical Release Form, Concussion Form and Communicable Disease Form.
